Mrs. Wanda Skaggs Fisher of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late William Boyce Skaggs and Anna Nelson Skaggs, was born on April 12, 1946 in Green County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at her home in Greensburg. She was 67 years, two months, and 29 days of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Hogards Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a former Office Assistant for Farm Credit Service and a member of the Eastern Star #232.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Bobby E. Fisher of Greensburg, having united in marriage on March 12, 1965.
Other survivors include a son: Steven Todd Fisher of Greensburg; a daughter and son-in-law: Rebecca Lynn and David Keeton of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Madison Fisher, Kara Fisher both of Greensburg, Tanner Keeton, and Derek Keeton both of Campbellsville; a sister: Rita Burris of Buffalo; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Judy and Bro. Earl West of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Fisher was also preceded in death by a brother: D.G. Skaggs.

The funeral services for Mrs. Wanda Skaggs Fisher will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Earl West and Bro. Montie Fugate will be officiating.
Visitation is requested from 4 until 8 P.M., Friday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Saturday until time of the funeral service.
Memorials are suggested to Hosparus of Central Kentucky, American Cancer Society, or the United Methodist Women, which can be made at the funeral home.
