He was a decorator, designer and salesman. He is survived by his mother, Mattie Jean Smothers of Campbellsville; one brother and three sisters and spouses: Paula Jean and John Smith, Debbie and Jimmy Wentworth, Donna and Lonnie Lemmon and Paul Brian and Jennifer Smothers of Campbellsville; special friend, Donnie Smith of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
