Ruth McMahan

Ruth W. McMahan of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ralph G. Wilson and Edna M. Williams, Wilson, was born in Green County, Kentucky, December 7, 1941. She died at 5:15 P.M., Wednesday, January 15, 2014 in Campbellsville. Age: 72

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She united in marriage to Thomas R. McMahan July 8, 1962.

Besides her husband, Thomas R. McMahan, she is survived by one son and one daughter: Ron McMahan and wife, Cathy and Andrea Settle and husband, Kent of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Katelyn McMahan, Caroline McMahan, Zack Settle and Blake Settle of Campbellsville; two brothers and three sisters: Ruel "Sonny" Wilson and wife, Mary, Roger Wilson and wife, Judy, Marian Newton and husband, Willard and Gay Bright of Campbellsville and Sheila Judd and husband, Roger of Summersville; one sister-in-law, Ruby Wilson of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: Kenny Wilson August 3, 2002 and J. W. Wilson in 1935.
