Mr. Robert Jackson "Jack" Perkins of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Fred and Florence Walls Perkins, was born on April 11, 1917 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life July 1, 2012 at the Taylor County Regional Medical Center in Campbellsville. He was 95 years of age.
Mr. Perkins had made a profession of faith and was a member of the Campbellsville First Church of God. He was a lifelong farmer of the Whitewood Community and took great pride in caring for his land.
Survivors include his wife: Eliza Boone Penick Perkins; three sons: Jack Allen Perkins and wife Irene of Campbellsville, Ronnie Perkins of Willis, TX and David Joe Perkins of Campbellsville, KY; two sisters: Dorothy Lotz of Virginia and Frances Riggs of Louisville; six grandchildren: Brian Allen Perkins and wife Elizabeth of North Carolina, Dana Lee and husband Allen of Texas, Kevin Hughes of Campbellsville, Shondah Kubajak of Campbellsville, Steven Perkins and wife Sabrina of Utah, Cassie Jo Perkins of Louisville; seven great grandchildren: Scott LaRoe and wife Lindsey, Amy Hopson and husband Bradley Chase, Alana Lee, Brandon Perkins, Tanner Perkins, Jadon Bradshaw, Majestee Hughes; one great-great grandchild: Gemma LaRoe and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his infant brother: Earl Perkins; two sisters: Tina Jones and Lillian Shaw and a grandson: Timothy Perkins.

The funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., C.D.T. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Campbellsville First Church of God with Bro. Evan Tedder and Bro. Colin McDaniel officiating. Burial follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
