Survived by his wife: Patricia Sidebottom Madson of Campbellsville.
A daughter & son-in-law: Colleen & Brad Miles of Knifley
3 sons: Kevin Madson & special friend Rick Eaton of West Virginia, Karl Madson & his wife Tammy of Glasgow and Joseph Madson of Campbellsville.
A sister: Letha Baldwin of Tennessee.
A brother-in-law & sister-in-law: Stephen & Judy Sidebottom of Illinois.
5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren
