Lavinia Coffey

Lavinia Coffey, 95, of Columbia, died Sunday, September 2, 2012 at 8:28 P.M. at Summit Manor Health & Rehab.

She was born June 22, 1917 in Green County to the late Alvin & Josie Rogers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Garnett Coffey. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a homemaker.

Survivors Include:
One son & daughter-in-law - Larry & Joan Coffey of Louisville
One daughter & son-in-law - Peggy & Terry Simpson of Shepherdsville
One brother - Junior Rogers of Lebanon
Two sisters - Frances Finn of Columbia & Magalyn Mullins of Louisville
Four grandchildren & 13 great-grandchildren
