Larry Curry

Mr. Larry Wayne Curry of Greensburg, Kentucky, son of the late Roy Alton Curry and Lovie Christine Clark Curry, was born on April 3, 1946 in Green County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital. He was 68 years, seven months, and five days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a carpenter for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Rachel Graham Curry of Greensburg, having united in marriage on August 13, 1964.

Other survivors include a daughter: Sonya Curry of Campbellsville; a son: Roy Curry of Greensburg; grandchildren: Brad Atwood of Greensburg, Amanda Atwood of Greensburg, and Tara Curry of Greensburg; a great-grandchild: Bruce Underwood of Greensburg; a brother and sister-in-law: Leo and Wanda Curry of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Curry was preceded in death by his grandson: Justin Atwood on May 5, 2012; and two brothers and two sisters.

The funeral services for Mr. Larry Wayne Curry will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Gleason Bloyd and Bro. Leo Curry will be officiating.

Visitation is requested from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Wednesday until time of the funeral service.

Memorials are suggested to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
