James Allen "Petie" Wilson of Campbellsville, son of the late Bruce Allison Wilson and Cynthia Ellen Polly Wilson, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, June 22, 1940. He died at 10:45 A.M., Friday, June 21, 2013 in Lexington.
Age: 72
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.
He was a former member of the Elkhorn Masonic Lodge #568 F&AM.
He was a retired superintendent for Nally & Gibson Surfacing Company.
He is survived by two daughters: Nancy Wilson Ferrante and husband, Frank of Campbellsville and Carolyn Wilson Phelps and husband, Gary of Somerset; six grandchildren: Alex Ferrante, Jenna Ferrante, Jacob Ferrante, Spencer Phelps, Garrett Phelps and Jackson Phelps; special friend, Judy Shofner of Campbellsville;
several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death two brothers: David E. Wilson and Tommy H. Wilson and a foster brother and sister: Bobby Briscoe and Mattie Briscoe Seeley.

Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville
