Henry Lee Ward was born July 1, 1936 in Jefferson County, KY., to the late Lloyd H. Ward and Lena Stearman Ward. He departed this life Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. He graduated from Green County; he was a farmer, and an airplane pilot and also a member of the W.B. Allen Masonic Lodge #704, Summersville.
Henry Lee Ward is survived by his wife Joyce Ward of Green County, two sons: Mike Ward of Bradenton, Fla., and Roger Ward of Henniker, New Hampshire, five grandchildren: Brady, Wade, Logan, Cody and Dora along with several cousins and friends.
