Helena "Close" Warren age 83 of Campbellsville, Kentucky, died Saturday March 10, 2012 in Campbellsville after an illness.
She is survived by one son Wendell and Betty Warren of Campbellsville, two Daughters and son in-laws Vicky L and Tommy Yount of Taylorsville and Teressa and Steve Germain of Campbellsville. She is also survived by five grand children and eight great grand children. One brother Russell Close of Arizona, five sisters Faye Sallee, Lorene Caulk, Phyllis Milby, Sue Holmes and Lula Rae Mitchell all of Campbellsville, Kentucky.
Funeral services for Helena "Close" Warren will be conducted at 10AM Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Family request visitation from 5PM to 8PM Monday, March 12, 2012 at Lyons-DeWitt Funeral Home.
