Greg Vaughn of Campbellsville, son of the late William Follis and Nelle Bryan Vaughn was born October 21, 1947 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 5:32 A.M., Monday, May 2, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 63
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served his country honorably in the United States Marines.
He was a master electrician and currently employed at Campbellsville University.
He was president of the Twelfth Man Club at Campbellsville University.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Baxter Vaughn of Campbellsville; one daughter, Amy Pardue and husband, Joey of Bowling Green; two step-sons: Pike Hightower and wife, Dawn of White, Georgia and Jeb Hightower of Lexington; one granddaughter, Chloe Layne Decker; one step-grandson, Kipling Judah Hightower; three brothers and one sister: Charles Vaughn and wife Karen, and Karen Hayes and husband Bobby of Campbellsville, Denny Vaughn of Memphis, Tennessee, and John Vaughn and wife Jane of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
