Donald Richardson

Donald Richardson of Campbellsville, son of Geneva Henson Richardson Taylor and the late Troy Richardson, was born in Casey County, Kentucky, April 8, 1940. He died at 1:55 A.M., Friday, August 26, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 71

He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army.

He united in marriage to Barbara Pickett August 18, 1960.

Besides his wife, Barbara Richardson, he is survived by three sons and five
daughters: Jeff Richardson and wife, Jennifer, Todd Richardson and wife, Cricket, Stacy Atwood and husband, Larry, Lisa Martin and husband, Steve, Tammy Jones and Stephanie Richardson of Campbellsville, Donnie Richardson of Los Angeles, California and Jennifer Pyles and husband, Brett of Radcliff; fifteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his mother, Geneva Taylor of Liberty; one brother, Roger Richardson and wife, Cherry of Liberty; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Lewis Richardson and Cecil Richardson.
