Altha Despain

Altha Lois DeSpain, age 85, of South Carden St., Campbellsville died Friday, at Taylor Regional Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Albert and Zanie Allen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Sherman DeSpain on February 2, 2008, one step-son, Lerman DeSpain, one daughter, Brenda Allen, grandson, Benny Jackson, two brothers, Lilburn Allen and Albert Allen, Jr., two sisters, Goldie DeSpain and Nova Nemus.


She is survived by two sons, Larry DeSpain and Donnie DeSpain of Campbellsville, two daughters, Frances Cook of Campbellsville and Barbara Bell of Lebanon, twelve grandchildren, several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1PM, Monday, June 21, 2010 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Shaun Caudill, officiating.
